Danish Society of Lifestyle Medicine(DSLM) is a non-profit organization founded in 2017. Its members include a broad range of health care professions including doctors, dietitians, nurses, psychologists, researchers and physiotherapists. DSLM works to implement the principles of lifestyle medicine into clinical practice, medical training and public health policies. We provide courses and relevant tools to Danish health care professionals, ensuring that they can apply evidence-based lifestyle medicine to treat a broad array of chronic diseases.

Polish Society of Lifestyle Medicine (Polskie Towarzystwo Medycyny Stylu Życia, PTMSŻ) – officially registered in March 2019, is a non-governmental organization bringing together, as for May 2020, almost 400 physicians and other healthcare professionals interested in prevention, management and reversal of lifestyle-related diseases using lifestyle change and promoting healthy choices. PSLM collaborates with various medical schools across Poland, societies, NGOs and institutions, e.g. Polish Society of Family Medicine, Exercise is Medicine Poland and Centre for Postgraduate Medical Education providing educational opportunities, creating forum for discussion, facilitating multidisciplinary cooperation and promoting healthy lifestyle among general public. Croatian Lifestyle Medicine Association (CroLMA) is a non-profit organisation founded in September 2021. CroLMA brings together physicians, healthcare professionals, kinesiologists, dietitians and psychologists interested in use of lifestyle medicine principles in prevention, management and reversal of lifestyle-related chronic diseases. Our mission is to integrate lifestyle medicine into Croatian health care system, to facilitate multidisciplinary cooperation in research, education and practice and to promote healthy living, in order to reduce burden of chronic disease on our society.  We aim to promote evidence-based knowledge and principles of lifestyle medicine among universities, healthcare providers, NGOs, policy makers, institutions and general public to help restore human and planetary health. To our members we provide opportunities to learn evidence, come together and share best practices through our projects and activities.

Portuguese Society of Lifestyle Medicine (SPMEV) is a non-profit organization founded in February 2019 by a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. Our primary goal is to promote healthy living to reduce the burden that chronic and lifestyle-related conditions place on our society. To achieve this, we aim to raise awareness of Lifestyle Medicine principles and knowledge amongst healthcare providers, policymakers, and the general public. We work to provide professional education, training, and research, as well as to develop guidelines and policies that support optimal health.
